A power yoga class designed to lengthen, strengthen and balance the body through a dynamic mix of Sun Salutations, Vinyasas and strong postures, this session will energize and empower both on and off the mat. An hour well spent! Class is appropriate for active beginners through to advanced students.
SWEATY SWEET DREAMS (75 Minute)
A vinyasa flow yoga class designed to workout the stress of the day and prepare the body for rest through dedicated core work and active flow sequences followed by postures that relax and release. The perfect way to end your day! Class is appropriate for active beginners through to advanced students.
FLY & FLOW (60 Minutes)
An indoor cycling and yoga class designed to provide the ultimate in balanced workouts through a challenging interval ride followed by a power yoga session focused on lengthening and strengthening the full body and providing clarity of mind. A perfectly paired workout! Class is appropriate for all levels.
INTERVAL RIDE (45 Minutes)
An indoor cycling ride designed to challenge the body through a variety of movements, cadence and resistance. Class is appropriate for all levels.
